Ambush Bug, who covers horror entertainment for Ain't It Cool News, has posted an exclusive interview with Debbie Rochon on Ain't It Cool Horror regarding MODEL HUNGER, and La Rochon said some very kind things about yours truly, writer-director James Morgart, co-producer Shannon Lark, and our cinematographer, Wolfgang Meyer:

In Hollywood, people make flattering comments about other people in "the business" all the time, to the point that it's ridiculously insincere. That's not the case in the low budget and No Budget world, which has a disporoportionate amount of jackals, back stabbers, and generally envious individuals who wish you ill for even your smallest success, so when someone says something nice about you, they mean it! It's funny how people who work hard and respect each other tend to stick together, and so do the petty flotsam - and never the twain shall meet...except on the internet.
This same ain't It Cool column features a review of MOLD, which we screened at Buffalo Screams in 2010, and a teaser trailer for OMBIS, another local film production featuring a lot of green slime.
AICN Horror previously posted positive reviews of SLIME CITY:

But back to MODEL HUNGER: everything is coming together not at the last minute, which is usually the case, but certainly as the clock ticks toward various deadlines. Tim Clark, who is the Buffalo Niagara Film Commissioner, and Rich Wall, who is the Operations Manager at the film commission, and Roy Frumkes have all been tremendously helpful. And I have to smile when I receive an email from an actress in one of my favorite 70s films who will be joining us soon.
